I specialize in transforming the lives of people with neurodiversity and empowering them in life and leadership. I'm also working to change the ways our business and educational systems perceive neurodiversity and support it, cultivating a future where it's embraced as a superpower, not a defect.

I am an empathic and creative leader with over 15 years of professional experience. I am passionate about neurodiversity advocacy, school design, and holistic student engagement.

I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Wichita State University. I am a certified Literacy Intervention Specialist and tutor children with dyslexia.

I have five years of teaching experience as a Montessori Lower Elementary Guide. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and exploring diverse creative endeavors.
